To be eligible for membership in the Thorne Rewards program, you must be eighteen (18) years or older and either purchase Thorne products at retail cost or be a verified Thorne health-care practitioner customer. Distributors are not eligible to participate. The Thorne Rewards program is free to join for any eligible customer. There is no required minimum purchase amount to join Thorne Rewards. You must enroll in Thorne Rewards on Thorne.com. You are not able to enroll in Thorne Rewards by telephone or email. To join Thorne Rewards, you need a valid email address to create a Thorne.com account or an existing Thorne.com account. When creating a Thorne.com account for the first time, you will be prompted at the end of the account creation process with the option to join Thorne Rewards. Joining Thorne Rewards does not require any additional cost. If you already have an existing Thorne.com account, then you can join Thorne Rewards through your Account Profile. You will receive a confirmation email when you have successfully joined Thorne Rewards and you will then be a member of Thorne Rewards. There can only be one Thorne Rewards account associated with each distinct customer. A customer with a Thorne Friends & Family account will be considered a retail account in Thorne Rewards, earn Reward Points, and qualify for Reward Tier status as a retail customer.
You can view your earned Reward Points in your Thorne Points Bank on Thorne.com. The Thorne Points Bank can be found on the top navigation bar, as well as on your membership page in your Account Profile when you are logged in. Here, you can view your current Reward Points balance and your past Reward Points activity.
Unredeemed Reward Points will expire if you have not engaged in Reward Points activity, either through earning Reward Points or making a Reward Points redemption, for 18 months. You will be notified by email when your Reward Points are about to expire. Expired Reward Points cannot be redeemed.
Reward Points earned from a purchase order that is ineligible, returned, or canceled will be deducted from your Thorne Points Bank. Thus, it is possible for a member to have a negative Reward Points balance.
Health-care practitioner customers who are enrolled in online dispensing do not earn Reward Points on sales made through online dispensing.
All Thorne Rewards members have access to the Thorne Rewards Shop. The Thorne Rewards Shop features a select set of items including samples, Thorne merchandise, and other special items that can only be redeemed using Reward Points. Items in the Thorne Rewards Shop are subject to change and may not be the same items for retail accounts and professional accounts.
The Thorne Rewards Shop can be found through your Account Profile. Items in the Thorne Rewards Shop can also be redeemed at “Cart” through the banner displayed on “Your Cart”.
To redeem items from the Thorne Rewards Shop, you must have available the sufficient number of Reward Points at the time of redemption. Items in the Thorne Rewards Shop cannot be redeemed with any other forms of payment. Reward Points will be deducted at the time of redemption. Due to limited quantities, members can only redeem one unit of any particular item per transaction. Members cannot redeem more than ten (10) of any one unique item in the Thorne Rewards Shop in the same calendar year.
Items in the Thorne Rewards Shop can be redeemed at any time.
Items in the Thorne Rewards Shop cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If an item redeemed is damaged when you receive it, then contact Thorne’s Customer Service Department at [email protected].
Items in the Thorne Rewards Shop are non-transferrable and cannot be resold.
As a member of the Thorne Rewards program, you will be assigned to a Reward Tier based on the amount of your purchases of Thorne products during the 12-month period that begins at your enrollment date. Each Reward Tier is associated with different benefits. Purchases made prior to enrolling in the Thorne Rewards program will not be counted toward your Reward Tier status. After you make the set amount of purchases within a 12-month period, you will qualify for the designated Reward Tier. You will be notified by email of a change in your Reward Tier status. After you qualify for a Reward Tier, you will remain in that Reward Tier for 12 months, regardless of the amount of your purchases during those 12 months. However, your Reward Tier status beyond that point will be determined based on the amount of your purchases of Thorne products during the previous 12 months. Thus, it is possible to drop a Reward Tier if you have not spent the set amount in a 12-month period. If you make a product return or cancel a purchase that puts you below the current Reward Tier threshold, then your Reward Tier status will change accordingly. Thus, it is possible to drop a Reward Tier within a 12-month period.

Each Reward Tier is associated with different benefits. Thorne Rewards program members will only have access to the benefits that are associated with their current Reward Tier status.

Benefits have no cash value. All Reward Tier benefits, including, but not limited to, discount codes, exclusive promotions, access to exclusive resources, are non-transferrable and cannot be resold.
In addition to the restrictions you have agreed to in the Terms and Conditions of Use of Thorne.com, you agree that the following activities are prohibited, and that engaging in any of these activities will be grounds for termination from the Thorne Rewards program and lead to the forfeiture of existing Reward Points and Reward Tier status.
Thorne Research, Inc., reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Thorne Rewards program or any part thereof, either temporarily or permanently. If the Thorne Rewards program is modified or discontinued, then members will be informed by email or by the posting of a notice on Thorne.com. Thorne Research, Inc., will not be liable to members in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Thorne Rewards program. In its sole discretion, Thorne Research, Inc., reserves the right to amend, modify, or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
